Every Malaysian deserves the right to charge their EV — at home.
But for many living in apartments and condos, that right is denied.

🛑 The Problem

EV ownership is growing. But thousands of Malaysians face unfair obstacles when trying to install chargers in their own parking bays — especially in high-rise buildings.

Joint Management Bodies (JMBs) and Management Corporations (MCs) often:

Reject installation requests without clear reasons
Lack knowledge or awareness of EV safety standards
Delay approval for months — or don’t respond at all

Meanwhile, our existing laws don’t protect EV users from this discrimination.
