Hyundai sends Creta to do battle in hotly contested Malaysia’s B-segment SUV market

Contemporary design, convenient connectivity, and comprehensive active safety features make the Creta a compelling choice for the young and young-at-heart.

Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) has opened the order books for the Hyundai Creta, a new contender in Malaysia’s B-segment SUV market.

The SUV is designed to appeal to the young and the young-at-heart with its contemporary design, connected technology and comprehensive active safety features.

It also offers practicality, space and convenience to suit active lifestyles.

The Creta features a Parametric Jewel front end with LED daytime running lights ‘hidden’ within the prominent grille.

The interior boasts a 10.25-inch TFT LCD cluster, an eight-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and four selectable drive modes that emphasise the versatility of the Creta’s character.

Safety features include six airbags and a comprehensive Hyundai SmartSense suite of active safety features.

The Creta has been awarded a full five-star New Car Assessment Programme for Southeast Asian Countries (ASEAN NCAP) safety rating.

The launch date for the new Hyundai Creta will be revealed in the near future.
