SDAC is best Ford distributor in Asia Pacific Distributor Markets

Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor of Ford in Malaysia, has been awarded the prestigious Henry Ford Excellence Award for achieving the highest level of overall customer satisfaction, exceptional business performance, and the most outstanding customer initiative in 2022.

SDAC also received two President’s Awards for Sales and Service for the highest level of customer satisfaction in those areas.

These awards distinguish SDAC as the best-performing distributor partner across 20 Ford distributor markets within Ford Asia Pacific Distributor Markets (APDM).

The Henry Ford Excellence Award is the highest distinction in Ford’s annual rewards and recognition program and is given based on actual customer ratings in each distributor market.

SDAC received the award for its unique Ford Ranger Getaways initiative, a community-based adventure e-commerce platform that brings together owners and other like-minded people.
