UMW Toyota Motors Leads Clean Mobility with Mirai Delivery to Sarawak Premier

Today UMW Toyota Motor and SEDC Energy gave the Premier of Sarawak, Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari Bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, a Toyota Mirai.

This shows their commitment to creating ‘Mobility for All’ and ‘Happiness for All’, while also working to reduce carbon emissions and certainly in-line with their vision of a cleaner future with many technical solutions.

Toyota believes that battery electric vehicles is one of the solution to a carbon neutral future and wants to offer customers a variety of choices to suit different needs of different consumers

The Mirai, which means ‘future’ in Japanese, is an eco-friendly car that only emits water.

Toyota is also working to create more electric and zero-emission vehicles to help cut down carbon emissions.

All these efforts are part of creating a zero-emission future and showing people that there are ways to reduce carbon emissions when it comes to transportation.

Toyota is working to make electric vehicles more accessible, so everyone can help reduce carbon emissions and in Malaysia they are starting with more Hybrid models.

They have the Corolla Cross Hybrid Electric Vehicle, which is technologically advanced and affordable for many people. This vehicle is quite popular among hybrid buyers at the moment.

Toyota is also researching and developing hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles, like the Mirai, that only produce water and have a lot of power. This research is helping create a low-carbon economy.

According to Toyota they have offered climate conscious customers a wide array of HEVs, hydrogen FCEVs, and BEVs, resulting in 20 million sold globally and a reduction of 160 million metric tonnes of CO2.

This encourages the use of cleaner and more efficient alternatives, helping to reach the goal of carbon neutrality.

UMW Toyota Motor is deeply grateful for the initiatives taken by the Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC Energy), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sarawak Government, under the leadership of Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari Bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, to make Sarawak the frontrunner in green energy.

SEDC Energy’s pioneering efforts in green mobility, such as the development of multifuel stations and other hydrogen projects, are highly commendable and are greatly appreciated.

The Sarawak State Government of Malaysia has developed a comprehensive clean energy and hydrogen strategy to reduce the state’s reliance on carbon-intensive energy sources such as coal and oil.

This strategy will help to reduce the environmental impact of energy production and consumption, as well as promote the use of renewable energy sources in the state.

The strategy includes a range of initiatives to promote clean energy, such as the development of renewable energy infrastructure, the adoption of green energy solutions, and the promotion of hydrogen as a clean energy source.

The state government has also set a target to increase the share of renewable energy in the state’s energy mix to at least 30% by 2030. To achieve its goals, the Sarawak State Government has implemented several measures, including the establishment of a Renewable Energy Regulatory Framework, which provides incentives to promote the adoption of renewable energy sources.

The government has also provided subsidies to businesses and households to install solar panels and other renewable energy systems. In addition, the state has launched the Sarawak Energy Berhad Hydrogen Program to promote the use of hydrogen as a clean energy source.

Overall, the Sarawak State Government’s clean energy and hydrogen strategy is an ambitious and comprehensive plan to reduce the state’s reliance on fossil fuels.

While Toyota’s comment about battery electric vehicle and their focus on hydrogen have gained mixed responses from the general public, the company itself has been going on a long term carbon reduction strategy.

Toyota’s Carbon Reduction Strategy is an ambitious plan to reduce global carbon dioxide emissions by 90% by 2050. This plan is part of Toyota’s larger goal of becoming a zero-emissions car company by 2050.

In order to achieve this goal, Toyota has committed to reducing emissions from its factories and vehicles, developing more efficient and clean energy sources, and investing in research and development of new technologies.

Toyota’s commitment to reduce emissions has been met with global praise, as it is a major step forward in the fight against climate change. Toyota’s strategy focuses on reducing emissions from its factories and vehicles, rather than relying solely on clean energy sources.

This approach is more ambitious than that of other car companies, as it requires more significant investments in research and development.

Toyota is investing in research and development to create more efficient and cleaner energy sources, such as hydrogen fuel cells and electric vehicles.

It is also working on reducing emissions from its factories, by investing in energy-efficient technologies and investing in renewable energy sources.

The global reaction to Toyota’s carbon reduction strategy has been overwhelmingly positive. Many governments and organizations have praised Toyota’s ambitious plan, noting that it is a major step forward in the
