The ID.7 will continue Wolfburg’s shift to the EV space as the year braces itself for an explosion of interest in exhaust free motoring.

,Volkswagen will showcase its first fully electric sedan, the ID.7, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas in January 2023.
The ID.7 is based on the modular electric drive matrix (MEB) and this tease is unique thanks to a fancy multi-layered paintwork to create interactive light effects on parts of the vehicle.

The ID.7 will offer top-class technology and quality, and will be one of ten new electric models that Volkswagen plans to launch by 2026.
The ID.7 features an innovative climate and comfort experience, with a new display concept, augmented reality head-up display, a 15-inch screen, new air conditioning controls, and illuminated touch sliders.

The ID.7’s air conditioning system has intelligent vents and can detect when the driver is approaching and start to cool or heat the interior accordingly.
The ID.7 also has a large display that shows the status of the air conditioning system and can be activated and saved individually for each user.

The ID.7 has a QR code theme that hides the contours of the final production vehicle. The ID.7 has an aerodynamic design and a generous interior concept, and will be able to achieve a range of up to 700 kilometers.
The ID.7 will also have a new generation of e-drive systems with an output of up to 300 kW. The ID.7 will be manufactured at Volkswagen’s plant in Anting, China, and will be available in China and Europe in early 2023.
